Klaro

How it works

Posting → draft in your voice → Gmail.

Klaro is built for job seekers who want a real conversation with a hiring manager, not another ATS lottery ticket. Setup once; every outreach after that is paste, generate, review.

  1. 01

    Sign in with Google

Sign in to Klaro with Google. The first time you save a draft, Google asks for draft permission in your browser. Klaro never sends mail for you.

  2. 02

    Capture your voice

Paste past emails or writing samples (and optional resume / LinkedIn PDFs). Klaro distills how you actually write: tone, rhythm, what you’d never say.

  3. 03

    Pick an outreach type

Email about a role, already applied, coffee chat, follow-up, and more. Each type has a clear ask size so the draft doesn’t sound like a pitch deck.

  4. 04

    Paste the job + person

Drop in the job description; company and title fill in automatically. Add a specific hook when you can. That’s what makes cold email work.

  5. 05

    Generate in your voice

Klaro writes a few short options matched to your voice profile and the role. Pick one, tweak if you want, or revise with a note.

  6. 06

Review in Gmail · track in Klaro

The draft lands in Gmail Drafts. Edits in Klaro sync back. Every outreach is logged in Tracker so you can follow up without losing the thread.

What Klaro is not

  • Not auto-send: you always hit send in Gmail.
  • Not blank ChatGPT: your voice profile and materials shape every draft.
  • Not unlimited spam: free is 20 generates/day; packs and optional metering cover real search sprints.
